SIMCUT BUTCHER

SIMCUT BUTCHER

Produced from a specialized steel with a superior tooth configuration, the SimCut Butcher blade’s longer blade life helps to lower cutting costs while still yielding fast, clean cuts with minimal waste. These features, coupled with precise hardening and a strict length tolerance, provide the blade strength and durability needed to withstand high-volume, heavy-duty bone-in meat processing operations.

SCALLOP

SCALLOP

Simmons’ Scallop Edge blades are available in high-quality carbon steel as well as stainless steel. Each scallop is individually ground to perfection, which serves to minimize dust and provide maximum yield no matter the application.

B-3 BLADES

The B-3 blade’s convex profile and hardened cutting edge provides an aggressive slice through soft product applications without creating dust or leaving ragged edges. It is especially effective at cutting fibrous material, as opposed to other blades that may tear or pull on the product being cut. Users typically report less dust, excellent product penetration, and an increase in material yield (particularly in boneless meat cutting applications).

NARROW KNIFE

NARROW KNIFE

Known for its versatility, Simmons’ Narrow Knife Edge blade is designed to slice and peel a variety of soft products. Its finely sharpened edge results in a consistently smooth finish every time for every application. The carbon steel blade (also available in stainless steel) will also retain its edge for longer when used with grinding wheels specifically matched to the steel type and slicing application.
