Anyone in the meat industry knows that cutting bone-in meats can be incredibly tough. That’s why Simmons decided to take matters into its own hands and create the SimCut® Butcher blade.
Produced from a specialized steel with a superior tooth configuration, the SimCut Butcher blade’s longer blade life helps to lower cutting costs while still yielding fast, clean cuts with minimal waste. These features, coupled with precise hardening and a strict length tolerance, make the SimCut Butcher blade extremely efficient at cutting fresh or frozen bone-in meats.
Despite the SimCut Butcher blade's aggressive cutting action, we highly recommend using our DuraSplit Carcass blade when it comes to carcass splitting operations. The DuraSplit Carcass blade boasts many of the same features as the SimCut Butcher blade but is manufactured using a higher grade of steel, making it considerably more durable than standard butcher blades.
