SIMCUT® BUTCHER BLADES
Produced from a specialized steel with a superior tooth configuration, the SimCut Butcher blade’s longer blade life helps to lower cutting costs while still yielding fast, clean cuts with minimal waste. These features, coupled with precise hardening and a strict length tolerance, provide the blade strength and durability needed to withstand high-volume, heavy-duty bone-in meat processing operations.
Butcher blades are also incredibly effective at cutting through heavy or dense foam and cardboard products.

We stand behind our workmanship, and even when we’re not at fault for blade issues, we frequently invest in analyzing the cause of the blade’s failure in order to educate our customers and help them correct the source of the issue in their facility.
In order to further extend the life of SimCut Butcher blades, we’ve made hardening the cutting edge of the blade a standard part of the production process.
TPI refers to the number of teeth per inch along the edge of the blade. Standard SimCut Butcher blades are available in 3 and 4 TPI.
